This role is a full cycle sales role focused on building new customers and new markets, including but not limited to Automotive, Aerospace, Power Sports, Medical Devices, Consumer Products, and Energy. The role will include identifying new business, building engagement strategies, pitching the value proposition, and closing the deal. The role will leverage industry knowledge and contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong, and fluid sales pipeline. This will be done by cultivating new business as well as leading efforts to expand in current clients
  • Understand and execute solution-based selling
  • Partner with a diverse team to build and execute sales strategies
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Utilize social selling skills for branding and company awareness.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Essential Duties: (This list is not exhaustive and other duties may be assigned)

Requirements

  • 3 plus years of proven business development in a technical market or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead others in the accomplishment of shared goals
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Technical ability to utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Dynamics, and Sales Development software.
  • Relevant industry experience preferred
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and/or internationally
